
Ingredients
- 2 raw mangoes
- Black Salt
- Roasted cumin powder
- Dry mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds (soaked in water for 15minutes)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 500-600 ml water

Preparation Time
- 15 -20 minutes
Recipe
- Wash the mangoes and boil it with skin (Alternatively, roast the mangoes)
- Once boiled (or roasted), cool the mangoes and take out the pulp
- Now put the Pulp in a mixer, adding all the ingredients except dried mint
- Add 250ml water to the ingredients in the mixer and blend the contents
- Once a fine consistency is obtained, add mint leaves to this mixture and blend again
- Take the blended mixture out in a jar and add about 300ml water; mix with the help of a spoon
- Add ice cubes and a few dried mint leaves before serving

Beat the Indian heat with this healthy, homemade and cool drink this hot summer !
Note
- Little sugar is used for the drink to be diabetic friendly
- Dried mint leaves adds longevity to the drink and can be stored for a month. Alternatively, fresh mint can be used when it needs to be consumed within a day or two
