
Ingredients
- 15-16 pieces of fresh green chillies
- 10-12 pieces of dry red chillies
- 10-12 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small tomato
- 1 inch of tamarind
- 3-4 teaspoons of mustard oil
- Salt per taste
Preparation time
- 15 minutes
How to make the chutney
- Roughly slice the onions and tomatoes
- On the oven, dry roast all the ingredients for 4-5 mins; DO NOT add oil to this yet

- Once roasted, let this cool for a few minutes. Now add these dry roasted ingredients to a chopper for coarse grinding along with tamarind and salt
- Once coarsely grounded, mix 3-4 tea spoons of mustard oil
Spicy Green Chili Chutney is ready to be enjoyed with chapatti or snacks.
Storage: This chutney can be stored in the fridge for a month.
